How do I register on the Sisters Testify website?

You can register by clicking “Tell Us Your Story”.  Indicate whether you signed the proclamation, click “Continue”, then follow the instructions.  You will receive an activation email  with a link.  Click on the link in the activation email and you will be fully registered.

You can complete the survey or start it and save it for later.  In either case, you will need to activate your account in order to return to it or update it.

I can’t login to the website.  I keep getting a message that I’ve entered an invalid email address.

You will not be able to log in to your account until you activate it. Sorry this is so we can reduce the amount of spam we may get and keep the data as clean as possible.

After you completed the first phase of the registration process by clicking “Tell Us Your Story” and following the prompts, you you should have received an activation email. Click on the link in the activation email and you will be fully registered. Then use your email address and password to login.

What happens if I don’t activate my account?

You can start the survey and save it without activating your account.  You will not be able to return to your survey until you activated your account.

I can’t find my activation email.  How do I request a new one?

First check your spam or junk mail folder because any email coming from a web server such as ours may be flagged as suspicious. This is normal and, unfortunately, out of our control. If you are certain the email is not in junk/spam or even trash, then please send an email to support@sisterstestify.com.

How do I see my answers to my completed survey?

After you have activated your account, login to your account.  Click the “Profile” button on the top right of the page.  You will see four options:  “Update Profile”, “View Survey”, “Update Survey”, and “Logout”.  Click “View Survey”.

If you completed your survey, you cannot modify any of your original answers, but you can update them.  After you have activated your account, login to your account.  Click the “Profile” button on the top right of the page.  You will see four options:  “Update Profile”, “View Survey”, “Update Survey”, and “Logout”. How do I save my survey and continue later?

You can save your survey and come back to complete it at any time.  Just scroll down to the bottom of the survey questions and click the purple “Save and submit later” button.

Why does the button at the end of my survey say “Save and submit later?”  I am finished, how do I submit?

The system requires you to answer all the questions in order to finish your survey and submit it.  If you leave any blank fields, the system will not register your survey as complete.  If you would like to skip a question, please simply type N/A into the answer box and continue.

I want to participate but I don’t want to answer the questions online. Is it possible for me to see all the questions without logging in?
